Jade Software's leading container and general cargo terminal operating system, JMT (Jade Master Terminal), has been selected for a new container terminal in the UAE.

JMT has been selected as the terminal operating system for the new container terminal at the port of Ruwais, Abu Dhabi, managed by Gulftainer. Gulftainer is recognised as one of the most productive terminal management companies in the world - in 2009, it handled close to three million containers in its various terminals around the region.

Jade Software MD Craig Richardson says Gulftainer is a key strategic customer for the company's growing marine terminals business in major ports around the world.
